TAG is a multi-brand consisting of 6 unique healthcare brands with offerings from dentistry to aesthetic skin care, to veterinary services. As Senior Experience Designer and later Brand Design Creative Director I collaborated with UX researchers, content strategists, developers, and SEO specialists to align IA, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design and performance goals to lead a digital refresh and design-system audit across TAG brand family; owned experience design, brand guidelines, and digital-asset strategy.
